Operations Project Manager - Demand Response Programs
Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and managing programs across all aspects of the cross-functional team.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience leading, managing, developing and mentoring staff in a matrix environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
• Utility expertise including Smart Grid products and services (AMI, MDMS, DR, EE, etc.)
• PMI Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience .
Travel: Domestic travel up to 30%.
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
