Preferred skills and experience:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Channel Sales in a matrix and international company that sells complex solutions including Hardware, Software and Services (ideally ICT industry).
- Proven record of building relationships and business models with partners on long-term across various African countries.
- Knowledge of the African Energy market and key players.
- Leadership, ability to define and drive a strategy and to coordinate resources to meet the goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English and French skills are mandatory, Kinyarwanda skills would be appreciated.
- Proficient user of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Open to travel up to 30% across African countries.
