Contract - Senior RF Engr

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop new products, support existing products and improve processes, specifically related to RF design.
  
• Involve in RF circuit design from concept to production for low-cost wireless. communications product-line – complete radio transceiver design including RF PA, LNA, RF filters and matching, synthesizers, VCO's and mixers. 
  
• May provide design and project support in the areas of project leadership, regulatory, reliability, components selections. 
  
• Conduct RF circuit measurements using laboratory spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc. 
  
• Carry out field studies and system test activities 
  
• Provide technical support to factory, service and other internal departments. 
  
• Verify that designs meet requirements through analysis, simulation, and measurement. Compares results to theory and documents results. 
  
  

Required Skills and Experience: 

• This position requires minimum 1 year of related industrial or research experience. Strong entry-level candidates will be considered.
  
• Must have a fundamental understanding of electronic circuits and RF circuits. 
  
• Experienced in wireless communication principals and theories is a plus 
  
• Experienced with advanced modeling and simulation is a plus.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent is required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Master’s Degree in related fields is preferred.

Travel: 1 - 10%

Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
