Contract - Senior Services Growth Manager, DEM
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and managing direct large-scale, multi-phase projects/programs across all aspects of the cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to describe multiple business situations where these skills were leveraged.
- Demonstrated contributions to drive long-term, complex sales cycles to closure, including identifying prospects, tracking and reporting on opportunities, and contributing to RFP responses and other sales-related materials.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects.
- Experience in personal computer operations and use of word processing, project management, spreadsheet programs plus experience with off-the-shelf and special-purpose test programs.
- Experience and knowledge of gas, water and electric utility, distribution automation, demand response or distributed energy management technologies is desirable.
- Experience with GIS, CIS and other utility systems is highly desirable.
- Must possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing or supporting complex, large-scale software applications in the utility industry, and a minimum of 5 years of experience identifying and developing sales opportunities for these applications.
