Database Developer
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficient in T-SQL development (scripts, triggers, stored procedures)
• Experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries, performance monitoring and general SQL Server optimizations
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) at Enterprise scale
• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise software
• Minimum of 5 years of direct SQL Server development experience
• Minimum of 3 years of direct Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience using C#.NET to design, develop and test applications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Highly Desired:
• Experience with scaling databases and applications in Azure and/or traditional infrastructure
• Strong understanding of SQL Server security
• Working experience with Azure SQL
• Experience with Azure DevOps Services (formally VSTS)
• Exposure to CosmosDB and Oracle databases
• Understanding of software and system security
• Experience with Git
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservice Development
Travel Requirements: 0 - 10%
