Director - Consumer Energy Management

• A recognized expert with 10+ years experience working with utilities, with a focus on the customer/demand side of electric utility operations

• 5-10 years of experience with product management and strategy in the utilities industry

• Experience successfully managing a $50M+ P&L, setting achievable but aggressive goals and managing multiple teams to deliver on those expectations

• Eager to lead strategic discussions, including all the planning, prep and stakeholder engagement necessary for successful workshops

• Accomplished communicator and producer of content, including papers, slides and presentations.

• Able to be a public face for Itron, participating in media opportunities, speaking at conferences, and communicating our strategy to industry influencers

• Commercially oriented, experience in sales a plus

• Comfortable with technology from a solution architecture standpoint, familiar with key utility systems (ADMS, DERMS, CIS, AMI, MDM, OMS, etc.) and open standards

• Confident multitasker, able to lead multiple threads simultaneously while also contributing as a high performing individual

• Capable of engaging and leveraging colleagues in a matrixed organization, highly collaborative

• This position reports to the SVP of Outcomes

• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, including some international travel

• Locations: Austin, TX (preferred) or Denver, CO
