Qualifications:
- A natural curiosity for improvement and a passion for automation
- 8+ years of experience in hardware, firmware or software engineering
- Experienced managing large and diverse organization across geographies
- Proven results in recruiting and building strong teams
- An ability to grasp and manage a variety of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, materials., fluid dynamics, software, firmware)
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
- Strong oral and written communicator, great public speaker
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.
Location: Raleigh, NC or West Union, SC.
Travel: 40% on average in the US and internationally (Europe predominantly)
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
