Qualifications – External Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related benefit analysis experience.
- Working knowledge of retirement plans and health and welfare plans and their administration required.
- Advanced experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business intelligence tools in the analysis, preparation, and presentation of plan information, data and metrics.
- Global benefits experience is required
- Actuarial science background is a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Actuarial Science, Business, Economics or Mathematics is required.
Travel: 1 - 10%
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
