Global Director of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (10 years+) in a leadership role driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Managed regional or global organizations.
- Experience managing multiple global operations.
- P&L management and ownership.
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and steering organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Travel: Up to 25% global travel is expected.
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
