Preferred Skills & Experience:

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or Information Technology

Solid first HRIS experience within a matrix and international environment

Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and data in France and ideally in other European countries (Germany, Hungary…)

First successful experience in project management and system implementation

Proficient use of diverse HRIS (ideally PeopleSoft and ADP) and Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Capacity to interpret business requirements into technical spécifications

Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, capacity to work independently and within a team

Ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.

Fluent English and French is a must
