Intern - Security Engineer (summer 2021)
Qualifications
Required
Education: Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related degree program. Completion of two years of university-level coursework.
- Passionate about the security domain
- Experience with coding and/or scripting in Java, .NET, Python, bash, PowerShell, etc.
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows
- Coursework and/or experience related to one or more of the following: threat modelling, penetration testing, cryptography, PKI, network security, trusted execution environment, basic security principles
- Comfortable and capable of thriving in a remote-team work environment
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills
- Available to work up to 40 hours a week, Summer 2021
Preferred:
- Related internship, work or project based experience
- Familiar with Java Card OpenPlatform (JCOP)
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker
