Intern - Technical Project Coordinator
Education: Must be enrolled in an accredited university degree program working towards a degree in a related field (Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, Business, Information Technology or Project Management preferred).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and business operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams using professional oral and written communication skills
- Able to work and collaborate efficiently with a remote team, spread over multiple time zones, including experience using common workplace collaboration tools (i.e. Teams, Outlook, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Experience managing time well and prioritizing tasks
- Strong problem-solving ability with the desire to take ownership of issues and follow through until resolution
- Must be available for at least 20 hours/week
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior related experience
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Candidate to be located in central time zone, or available often for central time zone work hours to collaborate with teammates
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
