Skills required
- 5+ years’ experience working with routing and switching, network firewall
- Experience troubleshooting complex network environments, knowledge of network troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as analyzers, sniffers, and other utilities
- Knowledge of routing protocols, load balancers, security and encryption protocols, and certificates
Skills preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Any exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Any experience with IoT devices
- Knowledge of ITIL Policies and Processes
- Experience with Cisco ASR routers, Cisco ASA firewalls, IPsec tunnels, and IPv6
