Knowledge Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in delivering quality hand-off of projects from IT Delivery to IT Operations team. The focus of this position is to provide interface and guidance from project delivery team to the support organization to ensure that all key deliverables are met in project execution to enable support of solution. Key functions of this role are:
- Engage with project delivery teams to understand scope of new project.
- Participate in review for new projects ensure properly staffed for introduction of new services.
- Participate in project status meetings to ensure all new support request are documented.
- Contribute to building knowledge base for new project delivery, issue resolution and commonly asked questions/issues.
- Provide updates to IT Operations teams on project status for existing and future projects.
- Engage with IT Operations team on problem management to improve existing support services.
- Work in different shift timings.
Education: BE, BTech, MCA MBA, MCom or equivalent from recognized University. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
Qualification / Skills Requirements:
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience working with project delivery of applications and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management life- cycle.
- Writing and maintaining existing / new documentation of new projects to support organization from IT Delivery organization.
- Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow
- Intermediate knowledge of applications
- Intermediate knowledge of networking
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid technical aptitude and understanding, including the ability to quickly learn new technology updates.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines under sometimes stressful conditions
- High energy, self-starter leader with an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of production issues, tasks, and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively
- Reliability, dependability, and strong motivation to respond to requests quickly and provide a user-friendly solution.
