Knowledge requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in program management disciplines
- Previous experience in an R&D team & PMO would be advantageous
- Strong technical acumen required
- Hands on experience with hardware & firmware products and development models/processes
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization
- Ability to solve problems and drive programs forward
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities with indirect reports
- Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master degree preferred (engineering discipline is highly preferred)
- 8 years of relevant experience, some of that experience in program management
- PMP Certification preferred
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and / or training
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
