· Logical problem solving expert, able to distinguish when external support needed
· Good communicator and team spirit
· Knowledgeable in built in Quality Tools such as FMEA and statistics
· Able to animate QRQC
· Ability to remain composed under pressure
· Knowledge of reliability, capability, Design for capability (Design For Six Sigma), SPC (statistical process control) … tools is welcome
· Awareness of Lean Development concepts is also appreciated
