Required Skills & Experience
• Basic System Administration (installation, configuration and operation)
• Ability to understand debugging/programming (especially Microsoft .NET, C#, Java, Visual Basic, and Fortran)
• Basic Microsoft OS knowledge (for upgrades, certificate info, security, IIS, etc.)
• Self-motivation to work under own initiative to grow personal product knowledge and maintain customer satisfaction
• An interest in ongoing personal development through training and coaching
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment, while maintaining attention to detail and organization
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT Professionals, Developers, and Architects
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance and adherence to assigned work schedules.

Travel: 0% - 10%

Education
Associates or bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent experience. Computer science and technical training, preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Related experience, internship, or training
• Basic SQL Database understanding including DBMS and queries (MSSQL and/or Oracle).
• Basic understanding of complex system architecture and integration.
• Basic understanding of computer networking
• Ability to learn Utility (Electric/Water/Gas) industry knowledge.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is an advantage
