NPI Procurement Leader

• Master’s degree - engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement within an international industrial and engineering environment.
• Proficient in Program Management, with excellent knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes, supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent cross-functional team leadership skills both internal and external resources.
• Track record of influencing a driving impact with diverse set of functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a global work environment based in a remote location.
• High flexibility with great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding and interest in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent English skills, with capacity to drive negotiations and strategic présentations.
