Skills/Experiences Important to Perform the Functions of the Job:
- Experience in designing and launching the latest experiential learning solutions.
- Skill in project management and leadership to achieve target timelines, and in managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in organizational effectiveness models, frameworks and practices, e.g., organization design, change management, team effectiveness, business process alignment, organizational diagnostics, performance consulting.
- Experience working in a global organization, building and optimizing a variety of programs across diverse teams and cultures. Experience leading global teams and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to a conduct organizational assessment and gap analysis along with creating a business plan to successfully close identified organizational and talent gaps.
- Ability to think strategically while delivering practical large-scale projects.
- Effective at building relationships and establishing credibility with key stakeholders, listening to and gathering enterprise-wide feedback. Demonstrates compassion for colleagues across all business functions and levels.
- Proven track record in managing vendors and optimizing those relationships.
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively; self‐motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects.
- Highly creative and innovative; proven ability to conceptualize and communicate strategies, ideas and business solutions utilizing data and analysis tools. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the environment to advance goals.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, and communicates with confidence (written and oral).
- Knowledge of current learning systems, technologies, and assessment tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, as well as current technology tools for virtual collaboration.
- Some domestic and international travel necessary.
Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in, organization psychology, business administration or a related area of study. Graduate degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate organizational development or management consulting. A master’s degree may substitute for two (2) years of the required experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in organization assessment and organization design
- Understanding of corporate culture, organizations as systems, matrixed relationships and dynamics and leading change
