Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years hands on project, product, or program leadership & management.
- Minimum of 5 years managing project/program managers
- Must have demonstrated experience delivering product(s) from concept to launch
- Must have “product development” expertise and know hows.
- Must have background & experience in engineering developing, designing, validating, testing, or defining products
- Must have software product development experience
- Experience in product lifecycle management, from concept to production
- Ability to work with agile, sprint, & waterfall methodology
Knowledge Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in program and software project management disciplines
- Proven record of managing high performance culture in a geographically diverse location
- Experience in software R&D program & product management groups
- Hands on experience with both hardware and software products and development models/processes
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization
- Distinctive problem-solving leader
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities with both direct and indirect reports
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred in engineering or related
- Plus at least 10 years’ experience in project management, product development, & team management
- PMP Certification preferred, not required.

- Travel: 25%
