Principal Business Consultant
Preferred skills and experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or Ph.D. is a plus.
· 10+ years of experience in the utility sector, with a focus on business consulting, grid management, distributed grid management, and distributed energy management.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
· In-depth knowledge of utility market dynamics, regulatory environment, and industry best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
· Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
· Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMC) are a plus.
