Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems for Supply Chain business. Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
- Develops test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance. Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Coordinate's system upgrade activity. Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.
- Ensures effective execution of corporate objectives, including training, transferring knowledge to support teams.
- Manages to innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans.
- May manage to (or understand) project budgets.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.
- Ensure that the systems are built and maintained to high standards of performance and security.
- Provides support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services.
- Duties are typically performed in an office setting.
- May require travel occasionally.
Qualification / Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing, roll out, upgrading, enhancing Enterprise applications including Oracle EBS ERP applications, Oracle Cloud SCM applications as a subject matter expert, Functional IT lead and/or Manager.
- Must have excellent experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS (Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Applications) R12 and greater. Version 12.2 + preferred.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain business function preferred.
- Should have hands on working knowledge of the business process – Demand To Build, Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay.
- Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Effective in collaborating at all levels of the organization including reporting to C level executives if required.
- Should have experience working for a multinational with multiple legal entities, ledgers, business units, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions.
- Should have prior experience in Oracle ERP on-premise in at least 6+ modules listed:
- Bill of Materials, Cost Management, Flow manufacturing, Inventory, Mobile Supply Chain Application, Order Management, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse Management Solutions, Work in Process.
- Should have prior experience in Oracle Cloud SCM in following applications:
- Supply Planning
- Global Order Promising
- Supply Chain Collaboration
- Product Master Data Management
- Prior experience on below points will be considered a plus:
- Integration of Oracle EBS with a TMS (Transport Management system),
- Oracle EBS WMS
- Oracle Manufacturing (Flow/Discrete)
- Strong in Oracle EBS and cloud Apps knowhow (including knowledge of application tables, views and reports, common foundation technology (FND) and OA Framework).
- Strong working knowledge on supporting and resolving production issues including data fixes, reports and interfaces.
- Should have experience in Oracle AIM/OUM methodology. BR100, MD 50 function design, MD70 Technical Design Docs.
- Experience of technical skills - PL/ SQL, Workflows, OAF, Oracle Alerts, XML Publisher, Form’s personalization, UNIX shell scripts, AOL objects, SQL Loader.
- Hands-on knowledge with writing Oracle SQL queries and analyzing PL/SQL packages/codes with the ability of understanding program logic
- Should have excellent experience working with external Vendor partners and onsite/offshore model.
- Should be conversant in SDLC, Agile, Dev Ops models.
- Working knowledge on using Share point, Microsoft Office including MS Projects, MS Visio, Microsoft Team required.
Education: , MBA in Supply Chain/IT system, or equivalent from recognized University. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
