- Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English are required, Polish language skills will be a plus
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- First experience in working in contract manufacturing business model is an advantage
- Capability to work collaboratively in a global work environment based at a remote location
Education: Graduate degree (or equivalent) in engineering or manufacturing engineering
