Program Administrator - Financial Background
Qualifications:
1. Degree from a recognized college or university, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred. Qualifying experience may substitute for the required education, such as paralegal certification or extensive experience in project administration and import process management.
2. At least four years relevant experience administering contracts.
3. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage concurrent projects in a self-motivated/driven fashion.
4. Familiar with typical legal and project delivery requirements defined in contracts along with the standard contract concepts, practices, and procedures.
5. Excellent analysis skills including ability to recognize and assess impacts on project execution.
6. Must demonstrate mature judgment and decision making and a history of proactive involvement in strategic issues and problem resolution.
7. Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
8. Ability to work at an experienced level with Microsoft Excel.
9. Experience with Sales Force and related Oracle ERP packages a plus.
10. Need to understand contract financial reporting and revenue recognition concepts.
Travel: 1-10%
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
