Proposal Lead
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Business background with good technical understanding.
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales and bid management ideally in the Utility, Energy, Technology, or Defense Industry.
- Experience in managing projects in a structured way, including technical and commercial proposal preparation.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, communication, time management. and presentation skills.
- Strong customer orientation, analytical capabilities, proactivity, result-driven mindset.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- APMP certification would be a plus (practitioner or professional).
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary is $80,000 - $160,000.
