Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Engineering degree with focus on Quality or equivalent education.
- Minimum 5 years of practical Quality experience for a serial production industry.
- First successful experience in managing a team.
- Solid knowledge of Quality tools such as PDCA, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Control plan…
- You have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on personality; you are used to be on the shop floor, and you demonstrate drive for results in a proactive manner.
- Act for Change - High level of energy and enthusiasm and ability to energize others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English languages.
