Capability Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+years work experience (MBA preferred);
  • English language skills – excellent communication - verbal and written required;
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Experience in working in contract manufacturing business model;
  • Experience managing PCBA and mechanical assembly commodities;
  • Understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures and Product Life Management (PLM) tools;
  • Ability to analyze supply / demand data to generate a demand water fall analysis to assign appropriate ownership of supply chain impacts;
  • Experience in using data from ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience);
  • Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills;
  • Thorough price/cost analysis skills and first-rate financial analysis skills;
  • An understanding of risk management and its implications;
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a global work environment based in a remote location;
  • Excellent cross-functional team leadership skills both internal and external resources;
  • Ability to define and implement new processes and procedures;
  • Track record of influencing a driving impact with diverse set of functional stakeholders.


Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel small and medium sized components. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and to lift weight or exert force up to 50 pounds. The employee in this position works in an environment where they may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, there is a risk of electrical shock, and there is vibration. The employee may be required to work with toxic or caustic chemicals, may be subject to higher noise levels, or work near moving mechanical parts.
