Preferred skills and experience:

Engineering Degree.

You have at least 10 years’ experience in technical sales roles in international contexts (in and outside Africa).

Extensive experience in project management and implementation of Water Solutions.

Trained and proficient in Solution Selling methodology.

Experience in selling to the government and municipal market.

Fluent English and French is mandatory.

Technical experience in metering is a plus.

Focused on customer satisfaction, you are a good listener and a problem-solver with a high level of initiative.

Strong analysis and synthesis capability and excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentations).

Adaptability to work and interact with any kind of stakeholders.

Leadership, high planification and prioritization skills.
