S&OP Senior Manager
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership, strategic impact, and change management.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with expertise in navigating complex organizational structures. Strong influencing across multiple levels, experience in a matrix environment, comfort with ambiguity, and adaptable, proactive approach. Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
- Proven experience in leading transformational initiatives and implementing change management strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, logical problem solving, practical solution deployment with a bias for action that will enable long-term plans that align with organizational goals.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Comfort with interpreting data and diagnose challenges. Extensive experience in planning and S&OP process. Proficiency in Planning software and advanced Excel skills. Oracle preferred.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
