Litigation Attorney

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed, as a member in good standing, with any U.S. state bar
• Minimum 5 years of related legal experience (e.g., employment, product liability, commercial, corporate, and environmental disputes)
• Top law firm, as well as corporate legal department experience preferred
• Tech industry experience a plus

• Strong fact-finding, drafting, negotiating and research skills
• Excellent persuasive writing skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage competing expectations and multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking, excellent judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision; autonomously or part of team
• Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct results-oriented legal advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey legal advice to internal business stakeholders, inspire confidence among business clients, and interact with business professionals at different levels
• Strong business acumen with an ability to balance legal and business requirements; flexible and adaptable; unafraid of ambiguity or a challenge
• Well-developed project management skills (i.e., identify an issue, develop a plan, obtain cross-functional consensus, and implement a process)
