Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Degree in Business or Engineering
· 8+ years of experience in Product management or portfolio management roles
- Industry experience in smart metering technologies and the utility sector, preferably in water and gas.
· Extensive experience in strategic portfolio development to expand business beyond existing solutions.
- Experience leading and engaging large, global, diverse virtual teams
- Experience in driving strategy related to new product sales and new product introductions.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
· Result-oriented, proactive, strong analytical skills.
· Organized and flexible, capacity to handle several projects at the same time in an international environment.
