Skills Required
- Comfortable in a multinational matrix environment with globally distributed teams
- Experience as a program manager with a proven track record in managing a number of concurrent SW development projects
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Comfortable with C level executives
- At least basic vocabulary in network and/or hardware projects
- Network: general network, IoT
- HW: servers/chips/hard drives
Skills preferred
- Experience in new R&D product development
- Tech-savvy, comfortable in high level technical discussion with engineers, SW/HW engineer experience
- Experience working in a DevOps or Scaled Agile environment
- Scrum Master and/or PMP certification
- Service delivery background in a technical environment
- People management

Selection process
- an
initial 30-60 minutes long discussion with a recruiter giving you more
background on the firm, the position whilst discussing your background
and expectations
- a 60 minutes long professional interview on skype focusing on your professional skills with your potential manager
- a final 60 minutes long interpersonal interview with local management and HR to get to know you in person and to show you around the office
