The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with technology transactions, both at a large law firm as well as in-house for a U.S. multinational and extensive experience in the area of software and services agreements and data privacy.
Knowledge of software licensing, hardware, SaaS and managed operation Business are mandatory.
Languages: English, Spanish are required.
Proficiency in other languages is a plus (Italian)

Excellent communications skills, a natural bias for action, and creative problem-solving skills are a must
General commercial transactional experience is a must; prior patent licensing experience is a plus |
Experience with litigation, competition law or mergers/acquisitions is a plus
