Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading BI and AI teams in a technology-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Platform, OpenAI, Azure, SSIS, SSAS, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of tabular models, ADF, RPA, and chatbot technologies.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location: Austin, TX; Raliegh, NC; West Union, SC

6. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals.

7. Time Management: Effectively manage time and resources to ensure timely delivery of BI and AI projects. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

8. Client-Focused Approach: Understand and prioritize the needs of internal stakeholders and end-users. Ensure that BI and AI solutions align with business goals and provide measurable value to the organization.

9. Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to facilitate their professional growth. Support continuous learning and skill development within the BI and AI engineering team.

10. Emotional Intelligence: Navigate complex interpersonal relationships with empathy and understanding. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

11. Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate the ability to address conflicts within the team or with stakeholders in a constructive manner. Seek resolutions that align with the overall goals of the organization.

12. Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking skills to evaluate the effectiveness of BI and AI solutions. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements based on feedback and analysis.
