Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of finance experience demonstrating increasing scope & responsibility
- 5+ years team management experience is required
- FP&A experience is required
- Deep experience with a leading cube-based planning and analysis SW solution
- Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset, drawn to building off ambiguous and unsolved problems and “making it happen”
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, cultivator of collaborative working relationships with teams across the organization
- Curiosity and courage to rigorously analyze the status quo and drive scalable changes, particularly in establishing new business processes and model
Education: Finance, Accounting or Economics BS/BA degree. MBA a plus.
Travel: 1 - 10%
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
