Sr Leader Global Inclusion & Belonging
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, I&D, or other related fields;
- Thought leadership and understanding of inclusion and belonging discipline;
- Extensive collaborative skills that enable solid levels of influence at all levels without direct reporting structure and/or authority;
- Strong project and program management skills, with expertise in building, managing and scaling complex programs that involve significant change management, high-profile outcomes and multiple organizational partners;
- Ability to balance passion, creativity with critical thinking and data-driven reports for affirmative action plans and other reporting aspects to assist with making positive decisions and recommendations to build and deliver on Itron’s inclusion strategy;
- Excellence in communication (both verbal and written), training and presentation facilitation to various audiences and levels;
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders from global regions; and,
- Understand and partner with multiple functions across the organization such as Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Organizational Development to assist in driving change.
