Sr Program Manager - Outcomes Systems

Knowledge Requirements:

• Demonstrated excellence in program management disciplines
• Hands on experience with Agile processes, SW products, and development models/processes
• Previous experience in an R&D team & PMO would be advantageous
• Previous experience in program managing a large system release comprised of multiple products
• Strong Systems thinking, previous experience in systems engineering would be advantageous
• Strong technical acumen required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization
• Ability to solve problems and drive programs forward
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities with indirect reports
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master degree preferred (engineering discipline is highly preferred); or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• 8 years of relevant experience, some of that experience in program management
• PMP or SAFe Certification preferred

Travel: 1-20%
