Skills Required
- Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience as a program manager with a proven track record in managing a number of concurrent software development projects
- Experience with data driven decision making
- Confident personality, open to new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to hold team members to account for project deliverables
- Good understanding of modern project delivery tools such as VSTS or similar.
Skills Preferred
- Experience as software developer and then further experience as project manager
- Experience working in a DevOps or Scaled Agile environment
- Scrum Master and or PMP certification
- Service delivery background in a technical environment
- People management experience
