Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Several years of experience in a similar position as supplier quality engineer at a production /manufacturing site.
- Intense Know How about mechanical products and manufacturing. methods and machinery (like stamping, casting, metal processing).
- Knowledge of quality and business systems.
- Broad knowledge of Printed Circuit Board Assembly and test processes.
- Strong knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, SPC, 8-D, DFMEA, PFEMA, PPAP, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Able to animate supplier QRQC.
- Awareness of Lean Development concepts preferred.
- Experienced in working in an international matrix-organization.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, good Hungarian language skills as well.
Education: Bachelor’s degree ie., Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent field.
