Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Several years of experience in a similar position at a production /manufacturing site.
- Knowledge of quality and business systems.
- Experience in quality assurance (suppliers quality assurance is desirable).
- Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W, 5W2H, ISHIKAWA, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, 8-D, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking and proactive approach.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, good Hungarian language skills as well.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing) or equivalent field.
