Technical Consultant Specialist (MDM)

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with AMI's, MDM systems, billing systems, or communications technology.
• Technology system aptitude and experience working with large technology systems.
• Understanding of AMI data collection, processing and billing processes and technology, meter to cash.
• Experience in system performance, optimization, and monitoring controls.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of meter data, collections, payments, and billing best practices.
• Demonstrated conflict and problem-solving skills (i.e. to resolve complex customer, process and technology related issues)
• Strong Communication and engagement skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field is highly preferred but would consider requisite, related experience

Travel: 10% - 25%
