Technical Product Support Engineer
Required Experience:
- Experience with Remedy CRM (or similar)
- Experience with Jira for bug tracking (or similar)
- Exposure to Azure Development Support (ADS), VSTS
- Understanding of basic routing and switching concepts, CCNA highly preferred
- Java, SaaS
- Database experience (SQL or similar)
Preferred Experience:
- Distribution automation
- utility infrastructure
- SCADA networks
- IoT, sensors, etc.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Travel: 0-10%
