Required Skills & Experience
- Higher education (MS or BS) in Information Technology.
- 5+ years’ team leadership experience in a similar technical operations and support position.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Windows OS, networking, MS SQL and application operations.
- Proficient in MS Office tools – Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Capability to summarize and present complex technical issues or decisions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar managerial position.
- Hands on experience with enterprise grade applications, MS SQL and/or Oracle databases, Windows and/or Linux OSs, Cisco and/or similar networking, VMWare and/or Hyper-V virtualization, datacenter infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS public Cloud Technologies would be a big plus.
- Good understanding of debugging/programming (especially with JAVA / .NET ).
- Experience and understanding of complex system architecture and integration.
- Basic Utility (Electric/Water/Gas) business/metering/product understanding is an advantage
- ITIL certification.
