Skills required
- 5+ years of related experience in application support, ideally Java based product
- Proficiency in Java & Linux based product to be able to find and read logs
- Exposure to transactional applications connected to databases, proficiency in SQL using queries and creating new ones for MSSQL and/or Oracle environment
- Basic experience of networking technologies (routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, security, certificates)
- High level of proficiency in English (for business/professional verbal and written communications)
- Bsc/Msc degree in Information Technology or related engineering field
Skills desired
- Experience and understanding of complex system architecture and integration.
- Experience in System Administration (installation, monitoring, and operation)
- Experience in Virtualization and Cloud Technologies - specifically VMware and Azure or work experience with AWS
- Exposure to version and bug tracking systems (e.g. VSTS, Redmine, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Exposure to scripting basic (Perl, Bash) and other web application languages (SQL, J2EE Web applications)
- Exposure to Sales Force / ServiceNow / Remedy
- AWS certification
