Preferred skills and experience:

Technical degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics.

At least 5 years’ experience in Testing and Validation for mechanical products issued in serial production.

Solid Project Management skills: budget, planning.

Leadership, you find fulfillment in mentoring younger people and guiding them in their development.

Ability to work in an international environment.

Rigorous, precise, detail-oriented, process-oriented.

Good level of analysis and synthesis.

Hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Fluent Hungarian and good English skills (read and written).
-
Knowledge in Metrology and ISO 17025 would be appreciated.
