VP Global Supply Chain Business Operations
Education:
Requires a 4-year college degree majoring in an engineering or equivalent. MBA and advanced technical degree preferred. Statistics background desired.
Licenses/Certifications:
Black belt status is desirable
Experience:
- Over 15 years experience in supply chain/operations/engineering/business functions
- 5 years senior leadership experience is required, preferably at the VP level in Supply Chain
- Must have at least one successful experience leading the creation/transformation of supply chain systems at the corporate level with a program management office and associated disciplines.
- Must have experience creating highly disciplined program management and business tracking systems.
- Experience in leading large cross functional, global teams.
- International experience is preferred
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead at the corporate level across all of the functions. Ability to work with customers, field sales, engineering, finance, operations, and CMs
- Strong leadership track record in leading operational change initiatives
