Quality Engineer

Itron is transitioning our quality practices and processes to a standardized global QMS and ISO certification and is seeking a Quality Engineer to support this change. The role will develop and support Global company QMS and processes, Quality tools, report and data evaluation for global quality function and contribute to the Global Itron ISO Multi Certification.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Global QMS architecture, roadmap and policies definition
- Develop and co-author - Global QMS processes, Own and drive QMS quality procedure definition and deployment
- Communicate, train and coach the quality organization on QMS procedure
- Drive compliance to QMS, assessment, corrective and preventive actions
- Train, Align and Coach procedure process owners
- Development and support for quality tools and KPI dashboard : requirement, IT support, data mining and improvement plans
- Support through global processes and local site support the global ISO 9001 multi certification
- Complete data interpretation for All Quality System Data
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- Experience in defining and deploying Processes, building a global QMS would be a plus
- Knowledge on ISO 9001 system management
- Qualified Quality auditor
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Location: This is a hybrid role with occasional on-site work at one of the following sites:
Certification(s): Certified IPC trainer, CQE preferred
Travel: up to 10%

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The annual base salary ranges from $75,000 - $184,000.
