Senior Principal Test and Validation Architect
Required Skills and Experience:

7+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a cross-functional, global team.

Strong background in hardware, firmware, software, and systems testing.

Technical expertise in IoT based technologies for wired and wireless protocols.

Technical expertise in solutions developed for the utility industry.

Demonstrated knowledge of waterfall and agile product development methodologies.
-
Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.

Ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence future test and validation strategies.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bachelors of Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. See below:
Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary is $160,000 – $175,000
Raleigh, NC: The base salary is $170,000 - $190,000
West Union, SC: The base salary is $160,000 – $175,000
