Program Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred. Qualifying experience may substitute for the required education, such as paralegal certification or extensive experience in project administration and import process management.
• At least 4 years relevant experience administering contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage concurrent projects in a self-motivated/driven fashion.
• Familiar with typical legal and project delivery requirements defined in contracts along with the standard contract concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent analysis skills including ability to recognize and assess impacts on project execution.
• Must demonstrate mature judgment and decision making and a history of proactive involvement in strategic issues and problem resolution.
• Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work at an experienced level with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Sales Force and related Oracle ERP packages a plus.
