This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of related experience
• Delivery focused leader who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams
• Proven track record in delivering multiple projects including but not limited to ERP and systems solutions delivery – Oracle preferred
• Experience supporting finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate conceptual requirements from business owners into detailed business and functional requirements with an emphasis toward scalable and efficient global solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven record of innovation and thought leadership
• Experience effectively presenting to all levels within the enterprise
• Proven demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.
